We are on a mission to support Ukrainian warriors injured during the Russian invasion. Established by the FRAM Group, POLARIS Future Foundation is a not-for-profit humanitarian organisation. Our objectives are to provide wounded in action (WIA) with dependable medical assistance and post-traumatic rehabilitation. We believe every wounded warrior deserves a healthy, happy, and full-of-life future. Every business must be socially responsible.
Every business must be socially responsible.
Since 2004 FRAM group has provided free assistance to medical facilities, kindergartens, and schools. With the start of the war in 2014, the scope of our humanitarian support has grown exponentially. We assist in the supply of equipment and fuel. FRAM We helped in relocating civilians from areas, hit by war, as well as supported displaced victims in settling in. FRAM also supplies glass structures and decorates facades for damaged children's homes, boarding schools, hospitals, and dormitories.
Starting from the beginning of the full-scale invasion, FRAM had the honour to contribute to a vast number of humanitarian projects. From first aid assistance to reconstruction, it is hard to list all activities, we’ve taken part in since February 2022. We supported the evacuation of people and animals from the Kyiv and Chernihiv regions. We donated trucks, buses, and pickups for humanitarian needs. We purchased drones, thermal imagers, generators, and medical supplies to support our defence. We even purchased batches of coffee to keep our warriors warm and energised during the cold winter months. Our employees organised a humanitarian cargo hub and delivered over 200 tons of humanitarian aid. At the initiative of our enterprise located in the Chernihiv region, we restored operations on the eighth day of the full-scale invasion. Despite the risk, our team returned to their workstations to produce insulated glass, critically required for the reconstruction of affected hospitals, kindergartens, dormitories, and medical clinics.
Today, there is a trend towards the establishment of mega-funds (private and governmental) for the restoration & renewal of national infrastructure, documentation of war losses across all years of the invasion, etc. These plans are important yet take time to deliver sound results. At POLARIS Future Foundation, we believe in small private initiatives and continue to invest in the restoration of critically important objects as and when required.
Our team focuses on what we know best – reconstruction. Oleksandr Kirilenko, the head of the fund, has 20 years of experience in implementing large-scale construction projects.
POLARIS Future Foundation decided to gear efforts towards a specific and achievable goal – the creation of a specialised hospital for WIA. We have already developed an architectural design and will proceed with construction shortly. To date, all investments were covered by FRAM. To proceed to the next stage, we need some assistance.
